I went to the ATM took money out of one of my accounts to add it to another and it held my money and the Branch manager said I would have to wait a week in order to receive my money back which is dumb. On top of that she had a nasty attitude as if it was her money being held I would never advise another to do busy with this bank this is exactly why I don’t trust bank now
During the midst of Hurricane Helene damage, Marshland Credit Union conducted a $600 transfer from my checking account to a personal loan that I have through them. We were out of power for 7 days and limited cell phone service, but as far as I can tell no one notified me this was occurring. What if I had needed this money for essential supplies? My loan was due on September 20, and the money was taken from my account on October 1st- so 10 days. 10 days grace is what you will be given at this bank.
By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. Julie smithie to be more specific. Can never get her on the phone or to call you back, but will call you when she’s excited to tell you some bad news. Her and I had a couple of conversations that were not pleasant. After speaking to CEO Mary, I let her know the nasty things her branch manager said and the attitude she had on the phone and made nothing but excuses.
