Every time I go to this bank, it’s always something! I’ve been cashing and depositing my work check 2 days before the date on it for over a year with no problems. Yesterday, there was a new person at the drive-thru. I was the first one in line, but she helped another car that pulled up 5 minutes after me before she even helped me. Horrible experience. The customer service was the worst.
I have been a member for over 5 years. I have moved my money and sent a lengthy member grievance email to the branch manager and the CEO with no response. Do not believe they can work with you from anywhere! They cannot. I asked for a check or wire to close on my home and not only could they not accomplish either without me driving to Brunswick Georgia the money was removed from my account and no one knew where it was for several days over 20k & no one cares. Not the bank you want backing you.
