Had told them several times I wanted to go from the property line over and I needed a parking spot on the left in front of the house for my son and the last 4 feet of it had to be left for steps and a sidewalk, he told me I didn't need a building permit and I found out from City Hall I did, they are not happy. Cheap Cement!! I believe this came out of Swanville, Mn. I have a garage and apron that's over 27 years old and had no problems. 2 year old cement which started last year already looks like crap is really getting bad. Can't shovel or blow snow without taking the top of the cement with it... So how do plan to fix this?
