I just got off the phone speaking with Emily at the front desk who had the most attitude that I’ve ever seen in my life. She decided to talk over me when I stated I would call back tomorrow morning and speak with the doctor because her customer service was subpar. She started yelling bye-bye bye- Never going there again! Emily should be fired! If she is the Dr. then I would NEVER take my pets there again. Rude, unprofessional, uncaring I could go on and on and on.
