Unfortunately our furniture molded in one of the 3 units we rented. The optional insurance we paid for doesn't t cover mold that is from the bottom door not sealing well. We only rented the unit for 6 weeks while we were moving. The mattresses and sectional had to be thrown out. Some of the harder furniture was salvagable.
Decent place but make sure you know exactly what date you are able to pay every month and make sure it never changes because they will not let you change. They will threaten Auction of your unit after you are 5 to 10 days late usually.
Rented a climate controled unit online. Very very easy to do. Got my unit number and gate code upon check out. It was easy to get into. The unit it's self was very clean. It was just what I need to free up room in my garage.
