Easy to get our headstone picked out and designed.
As a customer, I'd have to tell you what other customers told me. As an employee! That is a whole nother story. Above average till it comes to appreciation. That is very lacking. Respect is also very lacking. So to sum up as a service it's above average, as a job I'd very much advise against.
The staff at Marshfield Monument were so caring, and helpful to us, as we worked through the process of creating this stone for our son. Thank you to Brian, Tracy and the staff for answering our many questions, for creating the stone, and placing it. It is exactly what we wanted.
