These tenants are amazing. It is neat watching folks come together as a community to help anyone in need. They are warmly welcoming each new tenant and aiding in their transition into the community. I cannot be more proud of all my resilient tenants. They have all been patient and kind with management and onsite staff.
I have lived here for two years now. The first year was a nightmare. We had five on-site managers the first year; unable to reach a manager, no calls returned, etc. but I'm happy to say things have turned around big time since Nikki and Meghan took over. They have gone above and beyond to make this place a safe and improved environment for their tenants. When you call, they answer and all inquiries are handled in a timely manner. I moved here a couple years back,I love it here.the manager is doing a pretty good job getting the park fixed up.tho there is some pretty nice mobile homes coming in,adds so much niceness to the park.the park is getting better,you’ll enjoy it here,give it a chance.you’ll enjoy your mobile home and the park.
