I had to bring my teen in for stitches on her finger this evening. Everyone was very kind and wonderful. From the woman at the check in, to the nurses, and the doctor. They were all warm and kind to my daughter. The doctor even showed us a picture of his giant dog. We are new to the area and its nice to know the staff for urgent visits are amazing.
My wife went there already knowing what she had to get some antibiotics. Her condition was very much not threatening and she didn't have any concerning symptoms. However we were charged almost $400 with a bunch of ridiculous charges listed for basically taking a simple culture (that we didn't even ask them to do) and because the nurse classified it as an emergency room visit instead of urgent care. Horrible experience. Some nurses are great but the doctors don't care or put effort into the care they provide for patients. Walked out after waiting over an hour for them to do NOTHING. Never going here again. Definitely the worst Marshfield clinic location.
