Absolutely shoddy service. You will be treated 2nd class if no primary doctor. The nurse or nurses aid literally hurt my wife on purpose doing a nose swab. She drew blood after poking the swab way too hard - then seemed to take enjoyment from it. On a separate visit, I refused help for a leg injury after they wouldn’t verify how much anything would cost. I received and paid for a $254 bill - FOR NOTHING. Good lord. 30 minutes on hold to make a dam appointment. Good idea. Lay more off. Oak leaf will be worth the trip.
Online it says no appointment required. I go there and they say only by appointment. They ask if I’m feeling symptoms and I say yes. They give me a number to call to make an appointment and tell me to go do it outside in 3 degree temperature. No appointment available for two days but they say they are overwhelmed because of Covid. The place is absolutely dead. No one in testing area, parking lot almost empty. It’s all a lie.
They lose files, they give you the run around and after they cause you to lose most things they tell you there not state certified or qualified to do what needs done.
