I moved to the Minocqua area about a year ago, and this was my first time in a hospital in many years. I was a little nervous, especially since it’s a smaller local hospital, but Marshfield Medical Center in Minocqua completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. Used urgent care on a Monday morning for baby with a fever. Did not have to wait long. Staff and dr were very friendly; was seen quickly by the dr. Facilities were new and well maintained. Overall experience exceeded expectations.

Went to the ER a couple of nights ago with terrible pain. My nurse, Will (Wilson), was spectacular and managed my care so well. He made me feel better and kept me company throughout my stay. Had the best care from him and was grateful that I was able to be discharged shortly after.

I went there on Sunday after work I as so impressed by how very kind and helpful the staff all the doctors were great and the nurses respiratory therapists and the lady who cleaned my room it was a near death experience I'm getting better they have very knowledgeable staff I would definitely would recommend them!
