The hospital is clean but the service is not great. My mom was admitted on Friday in Eau Claire to the ER to then be told she would need to be ambulance transported to Marshfield for a heat condition. She wasn’t transported until 6:30 am the next morning and then had to sit in the ER at Marshfield close to two hours while they got a room for her. Getting a nurse or doctor to give us an update was near impossible. Sunday morning she was told she may get to go home but the doctor never came to check on her until almost 7 pm! T... read more
Thank you to all the nurses and surgeons that helped my dad! Special shout out to some nurses that TRULY went above and beyond for my dad (floor 7) and our family! Nurse Cindy, Nurse Robin and Nurse Felmar you guys really took time to ease my dad's anxiety as well as my own and make everyone comfortable. Thank you again to all the staff on floor 7!
Amazing doctors and specialists
My friends grandma is in here after she fell she is 90 she is on the 5th floor when she needs something or has to go to the bathroom they will not come in the room and finally answer the phone after 10 minutes and my friend and his wife have to help her to the bathroom instead of the nurses and it’s there job they come in when she’s on the mobile toilet and act like they don’t understand why we are helping her!
