The insurance people work from home which makes it a pain in the ass for disabled people like me to reach them. Quite a few good doctors though like Dr Peterson Physical Medicine, Alyssa in Physical Therapy, & Dr Diestelman Therapy

spent 6 days on 5 north. I had multiple issues and each were addressed as quickly as possible. Docs were considerate, answered my questions, and were great teachers to the residents in my room. Nurses were great, each having their own personalities but were always focused on taking good care of me. Some were travelers which said to me that the hospital was willing to spend the money for safety and provision of care, instead of working the staff to death. My care was great. All i can say is leave them and go to mayo clinic. i was miss diagnost for 40 year,went to mayo took me off half of the meds and a new none drug treatments and total different.feel great and not druged out of my mind

Needed 2 surgeries as the surgeon left my cancer in on the first try. When trying to talk to them about being charged for 2 when it was unnecessary, I got ghosted. No one would answer or return my calls. Very unprofessional! And then they turned bills over to collections even though I was faithfully making payments monthly. They claim if you don't have a payment plan set up, that's what happens. I was never told this. When trying to set up a payment plan, there is no flexibility as they claim.
