My friends grandma is in here after she fell she is 90 she is on the 5th floor when she needs something or has to go to the bathroom they will not come in the room and finally answer the phone after 10 minutes and my friend and his wife have to help her to the bathroom instead of the nurses and it’s there job they come in when she’s on the mobile toilet and act like they don’t understand why we are helping her! Cant wait to get my press ganey survey. I am new here and WOW what a bad experience. You can most def tell this center is having money issues despite the merger. Er is abs cold uncaring staff that r rough with bad attitudes. I had same experience as previous review. Being roughly handled to shove this wick thing , grabbed my thigh with causing bruising. This place is a joke I’ve never been to a worse hospital came in for extreme stomach pains they didn’t help at all told me they didn’t find anything on a ct scan which was all they did after being there 5 hours I left the hospital in pain after being discharged I couldn’t even walk out worst experience of my life
