I went to the er yesterday and it was the worst experience I've ever had at an er. I will never go to the er here again. idc if im dying. I have ptsd, it is on my chart and the disrespect from the nurse and doctor was unreal. I felt neglected and forgotten. the nurse who was suppose to set up my iv didnt start it properly. after about an hour of this iv that was suppose to be started, I look and its still full, not doing anything. Was told an MRI was needed after a neurology appointment and was told it should not be charged to us. Now we got a bill in the mail, and your billing department was less than remorseful or understanding with what happened. NEVER go here.
Went in for an Urgent care visit but was charged for all emergency services? Pretty shady stuff.
Only because it makes you give at least one star. What a horrible experience. Rude rude rude. Condescending. Uninformative and cold not to mention rude.
Judgey nurses basically bullied me for being 18 and not being able to take huge pills. Terrible never coming here. Mayo is where it’s at. 2.3 stars as a hospital is disgusting also.
