The assistant director Nick, has been extremely helpful with the mice issues I'm dealing with at my complex at the village at Marshfield. 5/5 stars for him and his team.
The man that inspected the mold in my apartment was completely incompetent and just kept comparing his house to mine saying he lives in worst conditions. Its not a competition! I have a child and we are living with mold that is my landlord's responsibility. The health dept was no help.
Matt was especially helpful to my friend, giving him specific and achievable guidance for his property. He was courteous toward and respectful of my friend, and he displayed compassion and understanding of my friend's needs.
