I've always been told that Dr. Robinson is the doctor to get into if you can, however, it is up to him if he wants to take you on as a new patient. I completely understand this, but when I received a call about being denied after waiting several days, I wasn't even able to reply before I was immediately hung up on (this was the receptionist, bot the doctor). Amazing staff friendly, personable and they always make the experince here a good one. Dr, Dennis is a good doctor who knows his patients and though he is often overbooked he has always taken the time to ask/answer questions.
Mickie is a great provider! Very comforting to a first time client. Our service was prompt, efficient and comfortable. She spent time explaining the procedure and length of therapy needed, so we would know what to expect. We highly recommend her laser services!
