Dr. Newcomb and his staff were excellent, they accommodated what I felt to be an emergency on a Monday morning within 2 hours of my calling in, had me in 20 mins before my scheduled appointment, everyone was professional and compassionate, and the doctor was patient, kind, explained everything in very clear detail and diagnosed my problem correctly and came up with a treatment plan. Not the best place to get a haircut at all.
The doctor was completely rude and unprofessional from the moment he walking into the room. The room smelled like someone pissed in the corner of the room. There is water damage on the ceiling. The lady that dilated my child’s eyes is not kid friendly and making rude comments toward my child. This is a place I advise no one go to. This place is a disappointment of a doctor office.
Kind, professional, friendly, and quality eye care. I refer them to everyone!!
They have not called me to have my follow up after cataract surgery. Think I NG of going back to Mattox.
