From reception through every step … total efficiency. Waited less than 15 minutes. All staff (receptionist, nurse, X-ray technician) exhibited a caring demeanor and proficiency in their work. VA approved and covered. Receptionist was kind and caring and quickly got me registered as a new patient. Helped me pick a VA approved pharmacy. PA was ready to take me back before registration was complete. Provider came in less than 5 minutes of vitals being taken and was thorough showing concern for presenting symptoms, and lab work was already being processed within the 5 minutes of samples being drawn. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Glad I found it, will return if needed.
