Marshfield Clinic is a joke. If they could find a way to not have doctors or nurse to save money I’m sure they would. They ooze cheapness.
We scheduled a 3pm drive-through covid test before international travel. Paid $40 each to register in the system. Nursing staff was very kind. Expected results within 36 hours...got them in 7:45am the next morning.
Horrible place. Worst clinic ever. They mail a prescription with 2 days to refill. And there is xmas and the weekend. Still no prescription at the pharmacy. How out of touch are their nurses they think 3 days is enough time for a letter in xmas season!!!!!!! Just horrible. Always horrible. Just tried to leave a letter at the Lakewood’s center. They just want to bill you! I went to get covid tested they NEVER once asked if I had insurance. Instead I got a bill for a "regular appointment" and you have to waste your time calling their customer service line wait on hold while they transfer you to their insurance department and give them you insurance information. HORRIBLE
