Great experience very nice staff
My interaction with staff and doctors was great but they do a bait and switch on you from a billing perspective. Because the Urgent Care is run out of the ER, you are charged the copay price for ER services instead of Urgent Care, costing me over $150 when it should have been $10. Nowhere is thay disclosed online and their billing department sees no problem with thos set up.
I would give this place zero stars if possible! Went in, told them my issues and then the doctor told me, “which issue do you want me to look at?” SERIOUSLY!!! All of it, that’s why I came in! Then proceeded to run his finger down my back (back issues) and didn’t acknowledge it. Every time I go here it’s a bad experience! How are y’all still in business? Robbing people thousands of dollars for no treatment! Shame on all of you!
