Sometime last September, I went to UC on a weekend with complaints of an ongoing headache that tylenol didn't take care of. At the time, I explained more than once, that I had removed an embedded deer tick nymph in June. Kathy Obermann NP was the lousiest sorriest urgent care person I ever encountered. She decides to run every blood test known to man, for a respiratory infection, then after all that prescribed antibiotics. No prednisone to help, I forgot to ask before I left. Called when I got home. Left message for two days in a row. Ignored and totally disregarded after I was discharged. Just pay that bill, bub. That’s all they care about. Money. 10/17/24
