This place is hurting people AT LEAST as much as they're "helping" Ive never experienced a more unprofessional staff in my life.
Brought my Dad in two different times in a month for two different things. Both pretty serious. They were suppose to send documents and referral to RL, which they never did either time. Both ER/UC are terrible for communication, follow up and treatment. Would not recommend to anyone!!
Denise east is a cna she asked about me to a RN from mmc rice lake that person told Denise east can't talk to her about me and in ladysmith Denise east comes up asking about my medical i want to report her but there all friends in the hospital nothing ever happened this is the 3rd time something needs to be done about this director or boss needs to stop please
Came in for a cut on my husband’s finger. Left with a bandaid and a charge for $900. $900 for a bandaid 🥲
Awful place terrible medical staff very unprofessional more interested in talking and joking with each then working on anything. Place is rated 2 stars for a reason it's one of the worst medical centers in the country with bottom of the barrel staff and doctors no decent medical staff would work here and I get it.
