First time coming to this hospital, it's a little crazy going by Google Maps, it doesn't take you to the correct location, you get to the hospital but not yhe correct parking area.
Excellent customer service and patient care.
Another example of poor service. My MIL. Passed. They said she had a Bill outstanding. $59.00. Which we need to pay now. So we paid with our credit card. A month later they said it had been paid already and sent a check made out to The Estate of. There is no account open. They can’t re issue the check. So they gave a paper which said. Basically they were keeping the money and there is nothing we can do. That is how it is.
