MD was nice, but it's been a month and I haven't received all of my lab results, despite two emails to the MA. I did get my bill, though.
Sat for 45min past appointment time in waiting room. Asked receptionist how far behind MD was running which she seemed confused we were still sitting in the small waiting room. Turns out apt was added to calendar in MI so was set to MI time & we were an hour late showing up BUT that was NOT told to us when we checked in. 1st time seeing Dr. Scott. He was great!
