I have never felt as humiliated as I did today. I went in for an appointment as a yearly follow-up. I was wearing a mask as I always have, but because it wasn't covering my nose I was refused entry. I have been to a variety of medical appointments and this was the only one who refused entry. I tried explaining to her why I couldn't, but she didn't seem to care what my reason was. ZERO stars. Literally the worst experience ever. Customer service? Billing? Insurance? Who do you talk to? It changes every day! Will they ever get their insurance handling in order and stop sending your COVERED bills to collections? God no. I swear Marshfield Clinic thrives on jerking their patients around and around and around just so we give up and pay them crazy amounts of extra money to go away, instead of receiving the insurance benefits we are paying for.
