Usually they are good but this time they checked me in. I was 10 minutes early. 20 minutes after my appointment time I asked how much longer. She said she would check. 10 minutes later she called me up and told me the doctor didn't know I was there so now I'll have to reschedule. I said no. I made this appointment a long time ago and that was not respecting my time. I had checked in and everything correct on my end.
