Same experience as others. She advised that my colonoscopy would be billed as preventive, meaning $0 copy. Then they told me it was being billed as diagnostic, meaning I would have to pay. Cancelled and will be finding a new provider that is honest.
I went in for a screening colonoscopy It was suppose to be $0 copay but the way she coded it there was going to be a copay so I had to cancel my colonscrope
