Make you take their trash with you. Plastic cover over the particles board is part of the load from the shipper but they refuse to dispose if it. Also watch out for nails all over the concrete pad.
Delivered PB here flatbed. Unload time was done within an hour upon my arrival. If going east on Hayes Rd pull through gate turn around in pkg lot and back up on sidewalk by grass area. If arriving west on Hayes Rd back into gate and park in same area as above. NO OVERNIGHT PKG
