It seems that we are not the only ones that were ripped off after being sold a car with a 3 year warranty through Marshams last year. We are also being told (after having a fault with the car) that our warranty is void due to Marshams going into liquidation. Maidstone car servicing are claiming to be "a new company that have taken over Marshams site" yet they are advertising on their website that they have been there for decades! I brought a car a year ago cash out right with the 3 years warranty its had nothing but problems and still having issues with it now. It's costing me alot of money to fix all of the issues to put them right. Due to the company going into liquidation I've lost the warranty and all the repairs are coming out of my pocket. To say that I'm disappointed is understatement. It seems that they were very good at scamming people. If anyone knows how I can complain please get in contact I would really appreciate it
AN ABSOLUTE SCAM TRADING UNDER DIFFERENT NAME I brought a car from marshams in 2023 and had a 3 year warranty on the car. Turns out marshams went into liquidation and had not told any customers. This means mine and many others warranty is no longer valid and we’ve paid for a service that we aren’t being provided and have no access too.
