Had an issue with a machine and it's grips falling off. Kegan fixed it right away. Thank you again Kegan.
Requested batteries be replaced in a machine multiple times over a two week period before I decided to do it myself. At which point an out of order sign had been placed on the machine. Considering canceling and switching gyms. Ridiculous. I removed the sign and put in my batteries and it is working again. Front staff folks tried to help but didn't have necessary keys each time. I appreciated their efforts. Whoever maintains machines please help.
