I called and someone showed up within 2 hours and the gentleman that showed up was so kind and helpful. He came even though the family is in the middle of losing a loved one and they are so backed up because of the rainfall. They deserve a 10 in my book! We have used Marshall's septic previously and they have always been great.
I called this morning to have my tank pumped, they were here in less than 2 hours. Best thing was the young man James that came to pump out my tank. He uncovered a pipe that was leaking and gave me a referral to have it fixed. I am a senior citizen with a disabled husband, this young man took his time and went above and beyond. Marshall's you are lucky to have such a fine young man. Efficient, professional and reasonable rates. I needed an immedate pump out for a rental property and they scheduled me the same day at no extra cost. The technician was skilled and very knowledgeable having been in the trade for 20 years. I would strongly recommend this business for its quality of work and customer service.
