I have rented from the Marshalls for the last two years and can say 100% they're the best landlords I've ever had. If I ever have a problem they always have someone out here to fix it within the next few days or that same day if it's something that is urgent. I've even called after hours due to my air conditioner going out and they had someone out here within the hour to get it fixed. I've also purchased my car from them for a really decent price and they made sure everything was fixed on it before I took it off the lot to b... read more

I’m in the process of buying a mobile home from Marshall’s. Mr Marshall has been very courteous and friendly. He said he would do whatever it takes to help me complete the transaction. Kristi in the front office has been very helpful as well keeping me up to date on the process. I haven’t felt pressured at all. I feel like I’m dealing with friends. I highly recommend Marshall’s Mobile Homes.
