Marshall's Jewelers is my family's 68 year old business. We're still a family business with family values. I personally either select or design all the jewelry in the store. Some of our specialities are custom jewelry designs, expert repairs done in our own gold shop in house, diamonds of all sizes. We're very friendly, easy going and LOW key. I took my wedding ring to Marshall’s to get the prongs fixed, as they are local and seemed like the best option at the time. They told me that the ring was so worn that I’d be better off buying a new setting. They said the repair would be complicated and cost $4500, while a new setting would start at $3500. Although I understand my ring is 22 years old, the prices seemed excessive. I decided to bring my ring to the Jewelers Building in Boston. One hour of labor, for just $100, all six prongs were replaced.
We have been going here for years! My husband got my engagement ring here and we purchased both wedding bands from here as well. Every time we go everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I have sent several family members/friends here for watch repairs, jewelry repairs, etc. and they all had great experiences.
Top to bottom I received great attention and expertise by everyone at Marshall’s. Overall great experience!
Called and talked to Jahven and he was able to help me with jewelry selections and informed me on nose piercings. Great service.
My family has been coming to Marshall’s since Ron and Rita took over the store from Ron’s mother. Richard has since taken over the runnings of Marshall’s and there is no one else we would trust with our jewelry. If your looking for an honest and loyal business go to Marshall’s!
