Marshall's Jewelers is my family's 68 year old business. We're still a family business with family values. I personally either select or design all the jewelry in the store. Some of our specialities are custom jewelry designs, expert repairs done in our own gold shop in house, diamonds of all sizes. We're very friendly, easy going and LOW key. The sales woman LIED TO MY FACE as she sold me a $3500 lab grown diamond. She told me that there was no way to tell the difference between lab grown and natural. I later found out that there most certainly IS a way to tell the difference and that lab grown diamonds are worthless. I highly recommend staying away from these thieves. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
Excellent customer service. Richard was excellent to work with, he was very clear on the work that was needed on my ring and I never felt he was pushy with trying to upsell me on anything. Definitely will recommend Marshall’s Jewelers to everyone I know and will be back here for future repairs and purchases.
I brought 2 rings with diamonds and other stones to be sized down they were 925 silver and were made in Lebanon. Marshall’s did an amazing job, Rick was fantastic to deal with. I couldn’t be happier. I have two gold rings that need to be sized and of course I’m going back to Marshall’s.
Travis and his team are truly exceptional. Great service and a phenomenal store for all your needs. Highly recommend!
