Richard at Marshall’s Jewelers has been my jeweler for over 30 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Most recently, he helped repair my mom’s engagement and wedding rings and created a stunning pendant from her three-stone mother’s ring. The work was absolutely beautiful and so meaningful to me. Had a great experience here. Richard was extremely patient with us and gave honest opinions and helpful suggestions. It was a bit busy when we walked in, but he was personable and made sure every client before us got his full attention until they left happy, and he did the same for me and my girlfriend. You can tell this is a true family business where the people make the difference. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is genuine, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
