Very friendly customer service with representatives that answered my questions and assisted me with updating my account so that I can order supplies and have minimum problems.
Very professional and ready to help and explain everything with me regarding set up and use of res med cpap.
Affiliate with camden medical. The so called manager is worthless...always an excuse and just plain bad customer service. Then gets mad and starts yelling and ranting about their competition lincare...i wouldn't let my dog do business with him. Would give a negative star if I could.
Great customer service! Kerri is always so nice & really cares about her patients, her & Rich are very knowledgeable & willing to work with you until you have the perfect fitting & most comfortable mask! Excellent after sale service too!
