Affiliate with camden medical. The so called manager is worthless...always an excuse and just plain bad customer service. Then gets mad and starts yelling and ranting about their competition lincare...i wouldn't let my dog do business with him. Would give a negative star if I could.
Great customer service! Kerri is always so nice & really cares about her patients, her & Rich are very knowledgeable & willing to work with you until you have the perfect fitting & most comfortable mask! Excellent after sale service too!
I got a c pap machine November of 2023 and turned it in May 31 2024. They sent me a bill of 400 dollars and my insurance paid 80 percent also. In a little over 6 months the Cpap cost me out of pocket 670 dollars and no telling how much they actually charged my insurance. The machine was used and you can buy it new on the internet for 375 dollars. I turned my machine in to Marshalls and told them about it costing too much for six months.
