Delicious burritos- amazing BBQ! This is such an amazing little hole in the wall. Weird location, but the best BBQ sauce in town. They are very quick with getting the meals out, and the service is generally good! Interesting set up, but everything is so worth it because it is so good here!
Wow – I have been going there since 2001, efore they expanded. The food is great, the staff friendly, and well worth my 3+ hour drive. I make it a point to stop by when I am near. PS if you bring a cooler to take some home, ask them to wrap the meat separately, and wrap the bread in a napkin before nuking for 20 seconds.

Needs more value for the buck – After hearing that this was the best place in Ventura county for Bar-B-Que I stopped for lunch and was served a sandwich which tasted good and baked beans which i liked also at a price that matched the area. I decided that dinner was in order, I ordered the T-tip dinner ( includes two sides ) I got a baked potato and the baked beans priced at $12.95. Best BBQ in Ventura County – If your looking for that BBQ that tastes like you cooked it in your own backyard but the only difference is the food came out perfect...Marshall's is the place. Marshall's has that down to earth "Real" BBQ taste that doesn't have that restaurant taste. I've tried most in Ventura County and none comes close to Marshalls. Better than you might think... – Marshalls has the best meat that I have had in Ventura County. Consistantly when I have gone in, the meat has been cooked to order, and it is tender and flavorful. The only thing that holds me back from giving it an excellet rating is the sause. It is very thick and overly sweet. The flavor s lacking in the sauce.
