I didn't have any problems mysekf but the person I was shopping with was horribly treated when they found a clearance item that your checkout refused to honor. You're basically accusing your customers of fraud because you're not managing your inventory in any kind of careful way. Your manageress called Courtney needs firing. Disgusting treatment from this individual.
Courtney B does not understand the Canadian consumer laws and is hiding behind company policy. She's also ignorant, rude and needs some training and how she deals with individuals. Use your discretion in future not every consumer you're talking to is a shoplifter or fraudster. And I do NOT appreciate being made to feel that way by Courtney. I have shopped in various TK stores for over 35 years and I have to be honest this is my last visit based on this individual's behavior.
