I had a disappointing experience at the Marshall store in Fairview Mall. I was with my wife near the changing area while she was trying on some dresses. Like many others waiting for their friends or family members, I was simply standing by to help her choose. No staff member informed me that I needed a "0" tag, and I noticed many others without one too. This store’s manager is not only rude but also blames customers, disrespects them, and refuses to take responsibility. I have never encountered such behavior before! I had four items to return and was also purchasing five new items. I arrived at the cashier 15 minutes before closing time. The cashier, who seemed to be a new employee, was clearly unfamiliar with the return process and had to ask the manager (a woman) for instructions on every single item. I was about to buy two identical flight pillows, one priced at $14.99, the other at $16.99. When I pointed it out, the cashier called the manager, who rudely claimed that ‘customers exchange price tags.’ Saying this in front of a respectful and a paying customer like this is beyond inappropriate, especially when plenty of identical pillows were priced at $14.99. The unprofessionalism was shocking—I won’t be shopping here again.
