DO NOT purchase anything from this company! Absolutely awful to work with. I purchased a VFD that was the wrong one. I sent it back months ago and still have not had my $600 refunded. Linda won’t return phone calls or emails. Never purchase from a company that steals your money!
Love their tag line "We do the work". Well, that does not include getting you the part after you paid for it a month ago. Obviously UPS has lost the shipment, but somehow I have to keep following up, to no avail. They keep telling me someone in accounting has to approve a new shipment. Whoever that is, they sure do not understand customer service. I'm guessing they don't give a crap about people who spend under $100, so if you are a little guy and badly need a part, look elsewhere.
