From the time you first walk in, Karen the receptionist is always a pleasure to talk with and is always very attentive to their clients needs. Dr. Train, has completely restored my faith in how a dentist appointment should be. Knowing that I was not very comfortable going in to get work done, I found that he is very compassionet, gentle and willing to take the time to let you know what he is doing. The secretary is very unprofessional and not accommodative at all. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
I had a terrible experience at this dental office. My crown fell off, (the job was done with Dr.Train) and when I walked in for an emergency appointment, they refused to book me in, despite the pain I was in. The lack of urgency and care was shocking. It felt like they couldn't have cared less about my situation. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. They don’t even Deserve one star.
