From the time you first walk in, Karen the receptionist is always a pleasure to talk with and is always very attentive to their clients needs. Dr. Train, has completely restored my faith in how a dentist appointment should be. Knowing that I was not very comfortable going in to get work done, I found that he is very compassionet, gentle and willing to take the time to let you know what he is doing. I had a terrible experience at this dental office. My crown fell off, (the job was done with Dr.Train) and when I walked in for an emergency appointment, they refused to book me in, despite the pain I was in. The lack of urgency and care was shocking. It felt like they couldn't have cared less about my situation. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. They don’t even Deserve one star.
Dr train is so kind, gentle & thorough at dentistry. I would recommend his office to anyone seeking dental care! Me and my family have been going to Dr train for over 20 years and feel extremely lucky being a patient of his!
