I’ll preface this review with the fact that I am an attorney with almost 20 years litigation experience. I’ve tried more than 15 cases to verdict before juries in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I take pride in providing legal services to my clients. I wish M&T held themselves to the same standard. A “flat fee” was quickly exhausted. I hired Marshall & Taylor last October with a very stressful custody dispute. Jessica McClellan was assigned to my case and later Lupe Rodriguez was added. I couldn’t have asked for better representation. As stressful as the situation was; all my questions were answered and overall, received the most favorable outcome possible.
