Stephen Kalmus and Rhonda Marino went over and beyond to help me through the snow storm. They have always been professional and had excellent customer care. They've always thoroughly explained my policies and had my best interests at heart.

Probably the worst insurance I've ever dealt with. How do you put another person's accident on my license? That's asinine.

Hi Victoria, I do not know your individual situation, however, Marshall & Sterling does not have the authorization to put anything on your license. That is something that would come from a law enforcement agency. You would need to speak to the local NY DMV regarding steps necessary to resolve any discrepancies on your motor vehicle report.
Cheyanne was a great help! She explained everything wonderfully and was always willing to answer any questions I might have had. Definitely would recommend M&S to any and all of my friends looking for insurance
