This company is criminal they lied about the quote was bringing over insurance for truck, home owners, trailer and business they gave me a quote it was a little bit more than I was paying but 4 policies in one place ....OK after singing the doubled the cost quadrupled my yearly cost. I tried calling to dispute I've been hung up on almost every time. I do not yell or scream at anyone this was rude ,unprofessional. The service is superb at Marshall and Sterling. When I purchased my new car, I had insurance coverage immediately when I had an accident with my car all the issues were taking care of immediately. They reached out to me got me a rental car took care of getting my car appraised. Thank you.
I have had my Insurance with Marshall & Sterling for years. I moved to Halfmoon, NY and still go to them for my Insurance. When I call and need information on something to do with Cars and Rental Insurance they get right back to me. I would recommend to people.

This big agency bought the little agency in my town and when they renewed my flood insurance it went from $961 to $4500 for $70,000 in coverage. $3500 more per year because they chose a "new" carrier to place us through. You can't make this crap up. This typifies the reason people despise insurance companies and Laura Withrow facilitated the thievery. No surprise, she's not from here and none of the premium money you spend at the Hearn Agency stays either. Those days are over.
