Took a jacket to be cleaned. Told to pick it up Thursday. Went Friday AM, said come back this afternoon. Went back Sunday and they brought it out with new stains, said they dry cleaned it, which I did not request and the label says to not do. They said leave it and come back Wednesday. I went Wednesday at 1:30, was told it’s not back, come back at 3. I went back at 4:30, they said its not back and will be here at 5. I went back at 6:30, it was not back.
