The hotline is terrible and really spoils the impression of the hospital and its good specialists. They should be fired. They try to transfer you to the right department, but when the call comes back to them, they don't even apologize, they just hang up. On another call, when I said I wanted to discuss my appointment, I was told to call the department myself, even though the same number is listed there, and they also hung up without letting me say a word.
