Zero stars would be more appropriate. Never do business with this company. “Forgot” the service I booked (booked by making a down payment!), provided a sub-par fix, and demanded (and I mean demanded) payment immediately. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Sent payment link at 6:20 on the day I moved and by 9:00 threatened legal action. Absolutely insane.
