They do a decent job cleaning. However, after they cleaned three or four times for an hourly rate they asked me to go to a "flat rate". The rate I was quoted was overall less than what we had paid for the first few cleanings so I agreed despite it being higher than I wanted, and despite my insistence that I didn't want the bedrooms cleaned and she kept doing it anyways. We had an excellent experience with Marshall’s! They were communicative throughout the process, friendly, and professional! They paid attention to detail and made everything sparkle. It not only was clean in all the corners, but it smelled clean! I would highly recommend their deep cleaning services, our rugs and upholstery and windows looked amazing when they were done. They will work hard and take their time to make sure it’s top knotch! Definitely recommend
