There is no one that wants to be involved in a W/C process, surgery and/or litigation. If you find yourself there, make the best of your situation by having the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive attorney in the business; Marshall Adler. From start to finish mr adler was always there for me.He was always there for questions or called back when i left a message for him.He made this ordeal of the workers comp process understandable He.explained the process so the normal person could understand this complicated system. Both my wife and I were confident in his ability to produce a positive outcome.
