If you find yourself there, make the best of your situation by having the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive attorney in the business; Marshall Adler. Marshall Adler is the go to attorney when dealing with complex worker's compensation cases. I will highly recommend his services to anyone in the need of representation. From start to finish mr adler was always there for me.He was always there for questions or called back when i left a message for him.He made this ordeal of the workers comp process understandable He.explained the process so the normal person could understand this complicated system. From the moment I sat down in Mr. Adlers office I knew that I was going to be well represented. When we sat down he explained the entire process and knew exactly what the employer and insurance company was going to do long before they did it. He went right at the insurance company and fought for everything in my case. When issues came up he was always there to answer my questions. If I ever needed to use a comp attorney again I wouldn't hesitate to call and will highly recommend him to anyone needing his services!
