I have been doing business with Marshall Rd Pharmacy for about 30 years. This is a true hometown pharmacy. They have a huge customer base, but when you are in there they treat you like you are the only customer they have. They are very knowledgeable, if you are looking for something over the counter but you don't know what to get, they ask you the symptoms you are having, and suggest something. This is an excellent Pharmacy to use it is the hometown effect you are looking for. Unfortunately a prescription was misplaced in my pain clinic actually made me file a police report which I was totally against but had no choice since it was in my pain contract. It hurt to the core because they had been such wonderful people in mine and my son's life. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone in Jacksonville and the surrounding area
On Monday, October 20, 2014 they gave me incompetent service and acted as if it were my fault.

I just love the staff there! They remind me of a very small town pharmacy. They always remember my name, and offer help beyond the call of duty. They are always happy and egar to please. Do they ever have a bad day? If so I havnt seen one! Thanks you guys I will recommend you to anyone!!!
Great little pharmacy Marshall Road Pharmacy is right outside the Air Force Base Front Gate. The people are incredibly helpful and friendly. I don't have to wait an hour for my prescription. It's usually ready in about five minutes. I can get on with the rest of my day instead of having to come back in an hour. Highly Recommend!!
