Marshall Rheumatology Provider patiently listens to my needs. This past visit I had some questions about my medication’s, and he patiently and thoroughly explained my medications to me and how I needed to take them every day. This was a big deal to me because I was taking one of my medication‘s wrong and he found the mistake and corrected it. I have been found improvement in my day-to-day task.
I feel very seen and supported by Dr.Mansour and all the staff here! Can’t rave enough about the care I have received here. Receptionists are always friendly, courteous, kind, and professional.
Dr. Mansour is honestly the best. I’ve seen a lot of RA doctors over the years—having JRA since age 7 and still battling RA for over 30 years, I’ve definitely been around the block But Dr. Mansour is different. He actually listens, lets me talk, and really hears my thoughts. He’s always welcoming and genuinely tries to find a plan that works for me. At this point, I’m loyal for life — I don’t want another RA doctor ever!
This was the second visit to Dr. Mansour. He is awesome! Knowledgeable and very relatable. I find it very easy to discuss the issues with him. He is working hard to find a workable solution for me and doesn’t give up! Thanks for the kindness and empathy.
