We strongly advise against using Marshall Real Estate. We experienced rude behaviour and were misled on multiple occasions. Angela is dishonest, and we faced significant difficulties in retrieving our bond, ultimately having to involve the authorities to resolve the issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this agency.
Unresponsive, unapproachable and unprofessional. Don't waste time getting property through Marshall. There are other agency that is far far better than Marshall
Very unprofessional from an owners perspective. Was threatened and given a high fee for termination of contract. I'd suggest not using them in the first place to avoid disappointment.
They are very unprofessional and do things underhand, to the point where we now have WA Consumer Protection investigating them. Angela Marshall constantly threatened us and made our lives very difficult through our tenancy. She seems to be focused on money and power in her position and coupled with her inflated ego and obsession for control make her a very unpleasant person to work with.
