I will not go back here. First visit I did give grace they were super busy and forgot I was there and lost my new patient paperwork but hey it happens. Got a call back with lab results and as usual they want to decrease thyroid meds. I have been at these levels for many years and took a lot of years to get to where I could function. I don't have a thyroid and changing my dosage because my T3 is 3 tenths of a point out of range. Care was top notch today. Not only was I a last minute appt, but there was hardly any wait. They got me in and expedited my labs and tests today.
The entire staff here is great! They do get busy at times, but waits are generally short and I don't feel rushed when speaking with the providers. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well.
Front desk always seems to be in a bad mood. PA told me that they only do IUD if you’ve had children — very outdated thing!!! My brother went in for an ear infection and needed a doctors note they wouldn’t give him one. Skip the hassle and find a primary doctor that actually cares about helping people. These people are some of the worst!
