Rick was very helpful
Needed a replacement part for a backpack blower. They happily checked the databases of their suppliers and found it was not available any more. However they then took the time to see what they had in stock that might be a workable solution. I appreciated the courtesy, patience and willingness to help.
Salesperson seemed very disinterested and negative. Wouldn’t even discuss or appear to honor factory financing options. The entire encounter appeared to be bothersome to the employee. Took my business elsewhere.
Totally professional, need a new starter motor and air filter and they had everything I need. Great place!
