Mr. Marshall is very knowledgeable and not a rip off pool guy. He just doesn’t call before coming out and never leaves an Invoice. Not sure how he keeps his books after realizing a year later that he never cash my check. I’ve called several times and get no return call. However, I still give him the highest star after owning a pool for 36 years! He knows about pools, he doesn’t make stuff up nor give you poor service. I’m just wondering if he’s still in business!

Very disappointed in this company, especially the proprietor, Alan. I laid down THOUSANDS of dollars for repairs and a new liner install. It became evident that there were flaws, and I first contacted Alan in May. My brand new liner was slipping loose, coming untucked and sliding into the pool, especially the deep end. Not just a little inch-long spot here and there; seriously long areas throughout the rim, and almost the entire width of the pool under the diving board, were coming undone.
