Our experience living at this apartment has been uneventful. Considering we live downtown, this is positively noteworthy. The area feels as safe as it could while residing in a large metropolitan area. Police are frequently sighted patrolling & the area surrounding the apartment is well lit, the sidewalks immediately around the perimeter are in fairly good condition. I moved to Marshall Place in August and so far I have been very impressed! Between the proximity to the nightlife of Cleveland to the management and maintenance of the building itself, everything has been more than I could ask for. Location: Not only is it within proximity to some of Cleveland’s best restaurants and bars, but it is also within walking distance of Huntington Field! I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The space is comfortable and well-maintained, and the property management team has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. It’s clear they care about keeping the community running smoothly. Highly recommend!
