It took them almost 2 weeks to call me back, I called them requesting an update and all I was told I got a call in, I eventually called my insurance and they said I did not need authorization, so I have no clue who the call was in to Picked up my prescription and I won’t be back Can’t complain about the service since there wasn’t any
The office staff resubmitted, for approva,l an already approved therapy plan ...twice. This caused 2 peer reviews, 2 denials and over 2 months of untreated pain while the cluster-f*** could be cleared up (through NO help from this office's staff) Never did get an apology... :(
